How a round works
1. Call it
Predict the month-on-month % change for London-wide, plus up to three boroughs. Lock in early for a bonus.
2. Wait it out
Your calls go public the moment the round locks at month-end. Everyone can see what you said — no hiding for seven weeks.
3. Get scored
The official first print lands roughly seven weeks later. We score you against it. Best calls top the leaderboard.
The credential
AgentRank
A 0–100 score for verified agents only — the number you can put in your window. It's a percentile: your rolling accuracy over the last 12 months, measured against every other verified agent. Not a leaderboard position. Just one number.
Public players are welcome — everyone gets points and a place on the leaderboards. Verifying your agency is what earns you an AgentRank.

Points per market, based on how close your call was to the actual month-on-month change. Lock your prediction before the 10th and every point is worth ×1.2. Land inside ≤0.1pp and you're in the Double-O Club.
